Prenatal Massage is a natural way to feel relief from the many changes your body experiences during pregnancy.

Prenatal Session

This wonderful 45 minute session is focused on the head, face, and neck. It wonderfully blends Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Swedish Massage to promote relief, relaxation, and immune support. 

The Sole Mate and cold stones to the face are also included with this service. The cold stones on the face and hot towels on the feet create a contrasting temperature to help support sinus pressure management.

The Booger Blaster

Experience deep relaxation with our Hot Stone Massage, featuring warm jade and Himalayan salt stones. These natural stones help melt away tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. The soothing heat penetrates deep into muscles, easing tightness and enhancing relaxation, while the mineral-rich Himalayan salt stones provide gentle exfoliation and detoxifying benefits. Perfect for stress relief, muscle recovery, and restoring balance to your body and mind.

Hot Stone Session

Luxurious hot towels applied to steam face, neck and décolletage. Sugar Coconut scrub cleanse; reduces puffiness and inflammation. Facial massage, Gua Sha rolling & cold stones; stimulates blood circulation and improves the appearance of the skin. 

Includes custom toner & aromatherapy oil blend.

Fascial Massage

Cupping is effective for managing chronic pain, low back pain, neck pain, and tight muscles.

A therapeutic deep tissue technique that utilizes a manual vacuum pump to create force beneath plastic cups. Applied onto the skin's surface across the back with Light, Medium or Deep pressure. Cups are left for a minimum of 5- 10 Minutes, for new clients, and longer times for experienced clients. Silicone cups also used on arms & legs. Light bruising, redness, may occur, waiver required to book
