Therapeutic Massage

Using a light and gentle touch, MLD focuses specifically on the Lymphatic System. This provides support for the immune system, promotes full body relaxation and stress reduction, assists in pain management, and supports healing after injury or surgical procedures.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Using a very light touch, CST focuses specifically on the Central Nervous System (CNS) and affects the body as a whole. With this we can help naturally support the body's ability to self-heal.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

Therapeutic stretching session enhanced with the ancient art of cupping therapy. Designed to harmonize your mind and body, this unique experience combines the benefits of targeted stretching with the therapeutic effects of cupping, creating a holistic approach to wellness.

Throughout this session, it is recommended to keep your clothes on. Please wear loose, comfortable attire that allows optimal access to your skin for the best experience.

This session is not a massage. The emphasis is on therapeutic stretching and cupping. Massage cream will be applied to your skin for cupping purposes.

This class prepares you to work with individuals who have intact lymphatic systems and serves as a prerequisite for the Lymphedema (LE) course.
